Pros: Works well, light and small but shaped so that it is easy to hold. Buttons laid out well with good countour/feel. People hear me well on or off speaker. Background noise (wind in car, background voices or music) is well controlled when using hands free. Can configure custom ring tone out of key beeps (not just select preset). Good ringer profiles (Silent, Discreet, Loud). Cons: Speaker and earpiece are loud enough but a little more volume would be welcomed (My MotoQ is louder by comparison). Cannot switch to speaker until a few seconds after call is dialed (must wait for screen under right button to change from 'End Call' to 'Loud Spkr'). Other Thoughts: If your hearing is good and you do not need a phone that puts out a lot of volume, this is a very nice phone that works well.

I found exactly what I wanted for a very good price. It was still in its original packaging. I received it very promptly
