I have owned my CHI now for 3 years and 9 months and it's great! I have had the problems with it shorting out but my husband has re-done all the wiring and put it back together and it works like new!

My hair is soooooo curly and super frizzy but after i straighten it with My Chi it gets super Sleek, Shiny & pin Straight! I have had my Chi Well over a Year now & I have had absalutley Noo problems with it!
